Have you ever wanted to create your own cartoon or learn how to draw your own cartoon character?  Come to the Howard Lake Library on Tuesday, March 16th, from 3:15 to 5:45, and learn what it take to be an illustrator & author of your  own book.    This workshop targets ages 12-18 and is limited to 20.
