The Friends of the Howard Lake Library was formed in 2004.  The group is interested in increasing public awareness and use of the vast resources of the Howard Lake Branch of the Great River Regional Library system.  The Friends undertake projects designed to enhance the library’s image, materials, services and building.  Money is raised for these projects through various events.  All funds stay local.

The Friends of the Howard Lake Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
