Saturday, September 28th; 9-11:00 am (High School Track)
Run around the track (and get colored) to celebrate PTA’s Healthy Lifestyles month!
5th – 6th Grade (1.5 miles) Start Time->9:00 am Kind – 2nd Grade (1/2 mile) Start Time-> 9:40 am
3rd – 4th Grade (1 mile) Start Time-> 9:20 am Preschool / Stroller Walk (1/4 mile) Start Time-> 9:55 am
• Every participant will receive a long sleeve “finisher” shirt, healthy snack and beverage, and their name
entered in a drawing for prizes including an IPOD Shuffle, $25 gift card to Scheels, $25 gift certificate to
Overtime Ink, and more!!!  (Children in preschool and younger will not be eligible for IPOD, gift card, or
gift cert. but will have their name entered for age appropriate prizes.)
• Return completed registration form and fee ($5 PTA members / $7 non-PTA) to Dassel-Cokato PTA (PO
Box 632, Dassel 55325) postmarked by Wednesday, September 17th  (for guaranteed t-shirt).
